How old do I have to be to rent one of your vehicles?

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent any of our vehicles.
What else can be supplied with your vehicles?

We can supply spotlights and bull bars are on most of our vehicles but if you have specific requirements please enquire when you make a reservation and we will do our best to help.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, Eftpos and good old Cash. By prior arrangement we will accept Cheques. I'm sorry but we do not accept American Express.

Do you rent cars?

No we only rent what we are experts in like 4WDS, Utilities, Vans and Trucks

Can the vehicle be picked up in the afternoon?

Our rental hours are strictly 7am until 7am however if the vehicle is available after 12pm the day prior to your booking you are more than welcome to pick it up in the afternoon for no extra charge.

What are your rental and office hours?

Our office opens at 7am daily until 5 pm weekdays and 7am until 9 am weekends. The rental hours start from 7am until 7am the following morning however you may return the vehicle after hours if you wish by using our after hours key return located at the front door of our office.

Do you have any other charges that I should know about?

We supply vehicles with full fuel tank(s) so there are refuelling costs if the vehicle is not returned full. There may also be excess km charges if you go over your free daily km allowance. We also charge for any accessories that you may wish to hire, all which will be explained when you contact the office to make an enquiry about renting one of our vehicles.

What is excess reduction?

All our vehicles are insured subject to terms and conditions on our rental agreement with an excess of $5500.00. This excess can be reduced to $1100.00 for an extra $30 per day -These prices do not include G.S.T-

Is there a charge for cancelling my reservation?

There is no charge if you cancel 24 hours prior to your pick up date.

What should I bring with me when renting a vehicle?

You will need to provide a valid, current drivers licence including any additional drivers who may wish to drive during the hire. If you are hiring one of our larger vehicles, your licence(s) must be valid for the class for the vehicle you are renting. And of course you'll need to bring your pre arranged method of payment.

Where are you located?

Our address is 898 Stuart Highway, Pinelands, NT 0831. We are aout 15km from the Airport

Do you require a bond?

We do require a bond if you are not paying by credit card. For metro/Perth rentals we require a $300 bond and a $500 bond for country/rural rentals.

Can I return the vehicle after hours?

Most certainly. Our yard has a combination lock on the gate and an after hours key drop, enquire when you pick up the vehicle.
